In the heart of the Oltrarno, this apartment is a balanced example of contemporary interior design, where natural light dialogues with a vibrant and harmonious color palette. Velvet Pop is a project that combines functionality, elegance and a fresh aesthetic language, designed to elevate the living experience without sacrificing personality.
Velluti Pop reinterprets color as a true design tool, transforming an Oltrarno apartment into a contemporary, harmonious and identity-rich space. Each room is designed to combine comfort, beauty and stylistic consistency, creating a refined living experience that is perfectly integrated into the Florentine context.
The living room is the convivial hub, characterized by the color balance of blue sofa and mustard armchair, enhanced by prints and plants that give rhythm. Plugged oak parquet flooring unifies the rooms, while diffused light from the suspended ceiling emphasizes order and spaciousness. Nordic furnishings, light-colored coffee tables, and neutral curtains complete a polished and functional living room.
The “L-shaped” kitchen combines practicality and design with matte sand doors and anthracite stoneware countertops. Purposeful lighting and light shelves maintain formal cleanliness. The connection with the dining area-defined by colorful seating and an essential dark table-reinforces the chromatic character and visual richness of the whole.
The blue room is the most dramatic room, dominated by a textural wall with three-dimensional graphics in shades of blue and gray. The fabric bed and powder blue closet create an elegant and coherent ensemble. Side lights emphasize the textures, giving the room a strong, contemporary identity.
The pink room offers a soft, relaxing atmosphere thanks to the rose-dust bed and vertical wallpaper in pastel shades. Integrated lighting enhances the main wall, while the custom-made white closet provides order and balance without weighing down the room.
The bathrooms adopt a textural and neutral language, with light-colored stoneware paneling that amplifies brightness and visual cleanliness. Patchwork-covered showers become decorative elements, while washbasin cabinets – midnight blue and sand – recall the palette of the apartment. Wall graphics complete an elegant ensemble consistent with the project.
