ARCHITECTURE, PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND GOLF DESIGN

A DESIGN APPROACH THAT COMBINES FUNCTIONALITY, IDENTITY AND QUALITY IN TIME

Home Design: Renovation and optimization of real estate

Golf Design: Design, restyling and development of golf courses

Architect in Florence specializing in the redevelopment of residential properties, hospitality facilities and golf-related projects.

I am an architect based in Florence and for over fifteen years I have been involved in redevelopment, space reorganization and design development in residential, tourism and golf

My work stems from the encounter between architectural quality, functionality and attention to context, with the goal of transforming each space into a place capable of generating value over time. I work mainly in the rehabilitation and reorganization of existing properties, following interventions ranging from private residences to hospitality properties and commercial and professional spaces.

At the same time, I develop golf design and redevelopment projects for golf facilities, an activity that has led me to collaborate with public bodies, investors and operators in the sector in Italy and abroad. My experience as a teacher at the National Golf School and technical consultant to the Italian Golf Federation allows me to approach each project with a vision that integrates architecture, landscape and sustainability.

MY CLIENTS SAY

Entrusting myself to Architect Franceschi’s studio was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very first meeting, I sensed a great attention to listening, deep empathy, and the ability to translate my ideas into a coherent, functional, and aesthetically striking project.

The firm offers a complete and truly turnkey service, following each phase with precision, passion and attention to detail: from the choice of the property, to the design and direction of the work, to the care of the furnishings and finishes. Everything was handled with impeccable professionalism and perfect organization, thanks also to a network of collaborators and craftsmen of the highest level, always coordinated with competence and punctuality.

The proposed solutions turned out to be innovative, elegant and perfectly tailored to my needs, combining aesthetics, comfort and functionality in a balanced way.
The end result not only mirrors what I imagined, but exceeds it, returning to me a home truly “tailor-made” for me.

A professional capable of combining technique, taste and humanity, qualities that are becoming increasingly rare.
I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who wants to transform an idea into an authentic living experience with unique character and a perfect balance between quality and cost.

We chose Architect Tommaso Franceschi to renovate an apartment in the center of Florence, and it was a truly positive experience.
He followed the entire process – design, bureaucratic and implementation – with expertise, attention and an uncommon attention to detail.

Architect Franceschi succeeds in combining creativity and technical rigor, proposing refined aesthetic solutions that are always practical and functional.
His ability to listen to and interpret the client’s wishes really makes the difference, as does the team of professionals and craftsmen he works with, all of whom are reliable and of great quality.

The result is a house that perfectly reflects what we imagined, indeed something more: a tailor-made project, harmonious and with attention to every detail.
A true point of reference for those looking for a serious, empathetic and complete professional.

Arch. Tommaso Franceschi, besides being a very good architect, is also an excellent interior decorator. He succeeds in making wrecked houses look like party favors. Fast, reliable, precise. I recommend him to all my friends as a security but above all with him you can count on a turnkey renovation and not have to think about anything. In my apartments he has always been a guarantee of success.
