over fifteen years I have been involved in redevelopment, space reorganization and design development in residential, tourism and golf<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1862\">My work stems from the encounter between architectural quality, functionality and attention to context, with the goal of transforming each space into a place capable of generating value over time. I work mainly in the rehabilitation and reorganization of existing properties, following interventions ranging from private residences to hospitality properties and commercial and professional spaces. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2320\">At the same time, I develop golf design and redevelopment projects for golf facilities, an activity that has led me to collaborate with public bodies, investors and operators in the sector in Italy and abroad. My experience as a teacher at the National Golf School and technical consultant to the Italian Golf Federation allows me to approach each project with a vision that integrates architecture, landscape
